Have a very merry modern Christmas?

I know some of us are horrified at the thought of the rapidly approaching holiday season, but I've grown up with a family that celebrates and loves Christmas more than anyone I've met. We have lots of Christmas traditions and the one that was often my favourite was the decorating (of course!). Our house was always decked out in traditional green, red and gold with lights, stars, balls and tinsel.

This year I thought I might do a slightly more modern interpretation in navy blue, silver and gold.
